Donation Refund Policy
No refunds are allowed when a contribution is made through Park Cities Presbyterian Church’s online giving process. If an error occurs when making a donation, please get in touch with the finance department via email at finance@pcpc.org to assist in error correction.
Regarding donations designated towards specific funds, the donor understands that his or her recommendation is advisory only. PCPC makes every effort to honor the donor’s intent, but in accordance with PCPC’s designated gift policy, PCPC retains final authority and control over the eventual use of the funds.
Event & Ticket Return/Refund Policy
Events, camps, retreats, mission trips, or programs may be non-refundable or require non-refundable deposits; details will be posted on the event page for each event. If PCPC cancels, the event or program refunds will be considered. There are no refunds for paid ticketed Performing Arts concert events.
