Join us for another great event in our Parent-Equipping Series as we seek to enrich, empower, and equip our parents to raise Christ-centered families.
Walking With Your Kids through Grief and Trauma
One of the hardest aspects of parenting is when our children experience hard things, and we can’t fix it. So how do we walk with our children through grief and/or trauma? Join us for a panel discussion with Pastor Pete and Kristen Hatton, along with additional Magnolia Counseling Group counselors, Rebecca Leonard and Michael Sweeney, to learn more about trauma and its effects, the grief process at different ages, and how we can best help our kids. This Parenting Equipping is appropriate for parents with children in elementary through high school.
Childcare will be available for children 3 months through Kindergarten. Please note that dinner will not be served to children in the childcare programming, but Midweek Dinner reservations are available. Registration for dinner is open through September 15 at 4:30 p.m.
