Every one of us knows about anxiety. Maybe we feel inadequate in some situation, or continually frustrated in a relationship. Responsibilities may press down on us-- at work, at home, with family, at church. At times we are frankly afraid. The Bible honestly records, without minimizing, the experiences of God’s people in stresses and fears. We know simple formulas rarely change anything. This spring, we will spend 4 weeks examining not only our experience, but God’s transforming care, presence and power in our thinking and our lives. And we will be strengthened and encouraged!
