As their children transition to adulthood, many parents of adult children with disabilities find themselves in uncharted territory, as support systems, energy levels of parents, and the needs of their adult children change. How can parents of adults with disabilities find a "second wind for the second half?" Join us for dinner on Friday, March 28, to hear from Stephanie Hubach (Research Fellow in Disability Ministries at Covenant Theological Seminary) as she presents a biblical model for whole-family flourishing for parents and their adult children with disabilities. This free event is open to all but is geared towards parents and grandparents of children (of all ages) with disabilities.
Need childcare help to attend? Register your child for First Friday or bEfriend that occurs simultaneously. Registration opens on March 10.
