What is Rooted?
We are excited to share that PCPC is hosting this year’s Rooted Conference! Join us for this unique, simple conference equipping youth and family ministers, parents, and volunteers. It begins with the Gospel as the starting point and considers all matters in parenting and ministry from that axis.
This conference features engaging biblical teaching, practical workshops, fellowship, and music in an intimate atmosphere. This year we’ll hear main sessions walking through the book of Daniel from John Onwuchekwa, K.A. Ellis, Harold Kim, Cameron Cole, Anna Meade Harris, and Josh Hussung.

We’ll have 20+ practical workshops on all kinds of topics, including Developing Expository Messages for Youth (Mike McGarry), Building Relationships that Last (T.J. Lewis), Teaching Biblical Sexuality to Teens (Jennifer Kvamme), and Faith in Exile: Teaching the Book of Daniel to Students (Kendal Conner).
Parents and Family Ministry Volunteers
We’ll have 20+ practical workshops on all kinds of topics, including A Pathway for Safe and Healthy Tech Use (with Cameron Cole), Parenting Ahead (Kristen Hatton), Answering the Tough Questions About Sexuality (Jennifer Kvamme), and Impacting Parents’ Spiritual Lives So They Can Lead Their Teenagers (Richard Ross, Ph.D.).

Who is Rooted?
The number of young people disaffiliating with Christianity each year is staggering — nearly 70% of teenagers who grow up in the church do not return after high school. At Rooted, rootedministry.com, we have a heart for every child to develop faith in Jesus Christ that lasts. The most influential factor in determining whether a child will attend church as an adult is an accurate understanding of the Gospel — God’s unconditional love for sinners through Christ. Therefore, we work with leaders and parents throughout the country to practice gospel-centered youth ministry. We produce resources, curriculum, training, conferences, podcasts, articles, books, and mentorship programs — all to equip and empower those who disciple the next generation.
