Registration:
Registration opens August 2 at 9:00 a.m. The cost for the weekend is $275. Full payment is due at the time of registration. If you would like to apply for scholarship funds to help cover a portion of the cost, please email [email protected] for further instructions. Registration will close at midnight on August 31. Any student who wishes to attend MUST be registered by August 31.
Cancellation policy:
Please note that if your registration needs to be canceled, we will issue a full refund through August 31. We will issue a half refund from September 1 through September 8, and after September 8, no refunds will be available.
Packing List:
Below is a packing list for the trip. There are some items that are specific to activities and games that are planned for the weekend. Please note that the students will be at a camp; they will not need any dressy clothes. Please have your child pack clothes that can get dirty and that are comfortable.
- Bedding: Pillow and option of sleeping bag or twin bedding (sheet and blanket, etc.)
- Toiletries & medications
- Beach towel and bath towel
- Athletic/casual clothes (t-shirts and shorts)
- Tennis shoes (must have closed-toed shoes for ropes course and some other activities)
- Modest swimsuit (guys: modest swim trunks, girls: one piece or modest tankini)
- Refillable water bottle
- Bible & pen
- Spending money for camp store (If desired- optional!)
- Snacks (If desired- optional!)
