Sharing about faith in Jesus can be difficult. We want to feel confident. We search for opportunities to tell other people about our faith. But how do we feel empowered to do it? And where can we find help in telling the story of Jesus’ salvation?
In the book of Acts, we read about the power that comes from the Holy Spirit. The book tracks the movement of the Spirit, spreading the testimony of Jesus for the first time. We also see the beauty and struggle early believers faced as they learned to relate to one another.
Join Young Women’s Bible Study to explore God’s power in the book of Acts with "Saved: Exploring the Promise of the Book of Acts" by Nancy Guthrie. Together, we will see God's power to spread His Church, help believers endure persecution, and work in the daily lives of His people.
During this study, women in their 20's and 30's (married or single) gather to study the Bible. Women meet for a time of teaching led by Amy Dunlap, Ashley Joseph, and Kari Stainback. Then we break out into small groups for discussion and prayer. The small groups give women a time to grow deeper in their relationships with one another, apply God's Word to their lives, and pray together.
Young Women’s Bible Study meets on Tuesday nights from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at PCPC. We look forward to studying God’s Word and connecting with one another.
This study costs $10 for the year, and registration covers the fall and spring semesters. We hope to see you on Tuesday nights!
