Episode 7 (Season 3) Idols of the Heart for Women

About the Episode:
Hear women share the pressure they face this side of heaven about how they should look but ultimately how image is a heart issue. We long to honor the Lord with our bodies as believers. On this side of heaven, beauty is insatiable and will never be enough. Our host describes what he calls the “i” formation. An issue leads to insecurity which leads to idols and then an irritant. Our Savior died so we could be stripped of all of these artificial insecurities and live in the security and identity of being His beloved son or daughter.

About Our Host:
A graduate of Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, Mark Davis came to PCPC as our Youth Pastor in 2003 and became our Senior Pastor in 2009. He and his bride, Kristina, met at a Young Life Camp in 1988 and have five amazing kids, Kara (and husband, Drew), Madalyn (and husband, Jack), Cayden, Esther Kate, & Samuel.
