About the Episode:
Join us to visit with Pat about mental health, grief, depression, anxiety, and his role in creating a safe space that allows for the power of the Gospel to do amazing things. In his work as a Counselor, Pat listens to clients about the brokenness and wounds that they carry and works with them toward the root issue. The role of Pat and the counselors at PCPC is to help individuals identify and dispel the lies that we believe create this fear. Through this work, individuals begin to look at their life stories to better understand how these experiences have and continue to affect our mental health. By counseling in the here and now, Pat and the counselors at PCPC help individuals understand that they are worthy of help and the freedom that we have in Jesus Christ.
