Knowing the Enemy

Rest, Resist, Repeat

How are we to fight in this spiritual battle in which we are engaged? The Word of God tells us to resist. What exactly does this mean and what does it look like? A huge part of resisting has to do with rest. But what kind of rest and how does it help? This Sunday we will look at how resting and resisting work together to help us fight against our adversary, the devil. Resting is not passive and resisting is not running. Join us as we continue our “Knowing the Enemy” series at our 8:00 a.m., 9:30 a.m., and 11:00 a.m. worship services.

Please note that we will celebrate the Lord's Table in all three services.

Now when Jesus came into the district of Caesarea Philippi, He asked His disciples, “Who do people say that the Son of Man is?” And they said, “Some say John the Baptist, others say Elijah, and others Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter replied, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
