This Project began in 1999 targeting the Quechua people high in the Andes Mountains of Peru. Originally PCPC set out to help plant 3 churches and establish a Bible training center for Quechua church leaders. Seven churches were actually started instead of three. In June 2005, funding ended for this project according to the timeline originally established with all seven churches being self-supporting.
