Early Morning Bible Study is a multigenerational group of women meeting at a non-traditional time for exploring the Bible and experiencing God’s truth together. We meet for teaching and small group conversation about a Bible passage. There is no homework and no cost. We do not offer child care.
The fall 2019 series, October 2 - November 6, is “Advancing Upward,” 1 and 2 Thessalonians. These 2 brief letters from the apostle Paul to the Christians in Thessalonica are characterized by an irrepressible, energetic upward vision. The Thessalonians were relatively new followers of Jesus who were passionate about Him. They were vigorous in love for each other and for gathering in their friends to experience Jesus’ salvation. And the direction to them was, “More! More!” Repeatedly the letters reference Jesus’ return, with expectation and reassurance and joy. Their upward look drove life-pursuit that reflected the Savior who is coming.
These letters will energize your mornings and reach deep into your soul. Together we will move forward and upward as our Redeemer leads us! Join us and invite a friend. See you October 2!
