Marriage is a union, not simply one of two people making a life commitment to each other, but more importantly, it is a couple making a covenant before a holy God who binds the union together. Because our goal at PCPC is not just to perform your wedding ceremony but to guide you into a marriage as God intended it, we encourage you to enroll in the upcoming Union course.
The class, taught by PCPC pastors, meets each Wednesday night for nine weeks, 6:45-8:30 p.m., in our Oak Lawn West building directly across Oak Lawn from the church. The course is $60 per couple and covers topics such as the Biblical meaning of marriage, expectations, communication, in-laws, Biblical roles of husband and wife, money and stewardship, conflict management, forgiveness, and intimacy. This course is open to seriously dating, engaged, and newly married couples.
