Parents, join us on November 9th to hear about Faith & Finances for Kids. This program was created in 1989 by husband-and-wife team Rick and Dottie Jones to help parents teach their kids (ages 3 through adults) how to be faithful stewards of God's money and things. The goal of this program is to teach kids that they can be free from the burden of debt, glorify God, and hear Him say, “‘Well done, good and faithful servant.” (Matthew 25:21)
Using toolkits, parents can show their kids how to "manage an income" rather than just "spend an allowance" while learning how to avoid debt. Another highlight is that Faith & Finances for Kids teaches kids how to have a strong work ethic without pay and minimizes entitlement and instant gratification.
