We are blessed to have Libby Ferguson, a long-time professional dancer and teacher, as our instructor. It has been on her heart as a ballet instructor of 10+ years to use what she has learned about the body to help others understand the skeletal frame and how the body was intended to move with ease. Her goal is to strengthen the body by strengthening the core and aligning the posture in all exercises. Libby prefers to give class barefoot to feel the connection from head to toe. In so doing we will use many of the smaller neglected muscles rarely used day to day.
Come a little early to get situated. Bring your own mat or you may prefer to use a chair. This class is designed for senior women and men 65 and up. Bring your spouse and/or a friend and join us!
