“Stewards of Grace” is the second course in our Essential Paths series of discipleship courses. This course aims to equip our congregation to respond to God’s gracious generosity to us by living as “good stewards of God’s varied grace” (1 Peter 4:10). With God’s Word as our guide, we will explore how God calls us to be good stewards of the time, talent, and treasure He has sovereignly and specifically entrusted to each of us. We will also give special attention to how good stewardship flows from a heart of gratitude and joy, and to the primacy of the local church in our generosity.
This course will be taught in Sunday Morning Communities parallel to the “Stewards of Grace” sermons series that will be preached from February 6-27, 2022. By experiencing both together, participants will not only grow in a biblical understanding of stewardship through the sermons but will be able to discuss, pray about, and integrate the practical implications of what is learned in a Sunday Morning Community.
