Wednesday, May 4, 2022

About the Episode:
Join us to hear Jessie Skinner, a licensed professional counselor supervisor and registered play therapist with Sparrow House. Jessie discusses the effects and how to protect your children from the dangers of technology. Jessie discusses talking to your kids about what they can handle, making good choices, and having open communication with your children. “Sometimes the best teaching moment is just validating where they are and letting them show you that they can figure it out, but they just needed their mom and dad who are their safest people in the world to say they are not crazy for feeling sad or feeling left out.” -Jessie Skinner
