Freedom from the Grip of Sexual Sin
Christ came to set us free. In Luke 4:18, Jesus announces that He has come, "to proclaim freedom for the prisoners." Everyone involved in pornography, adultery and the variety sins that spring from lust find themselves imprisoned by its deceitful grasp. Only Christ can set us free from this bondage. The central role of God’s Word is irreplaceable in the battle against sin and lust in particular. In addition to the Scriptures, several of the pastors have provided a selected list of resources to aid you in the journey to freedom. This list of resources includes a seminar that Rev. Patrick Lafferty taught with our Director of Youth Ministry, Brent Baker, back in 2008 on this subject.
