The Session has declared that we be people who pray. We consider each member of PCPC to be an active member of the prayer effort of our church and encourage all members to experience and promote prayer regularly and fervently.
We all have circumstances in our lives which require prayer. Please feel free to join us in the Parlor after each Sunday morning service and give us the privilege of praying with you about your needs. PCPC has Elders available to pray with you after the 9:30 am and the 11:00 am services. We care about you and desire to serve as a prayer partner with you.
Are you an intercessor? If so, are you exercising that gift? PCPC has three groups of email intercessors, Ezra, Zechariah and Nehemiah. These are folk who are eager to pray for the needs of others. If you would like to be a part of these email prayer groups please contact Russ Miller (e-mail / phone: 214-821-4838) or Wilma Morgan (e-mail / phone: 214-224-2742).
The PCPC Phone Prayer Line: 214-224-2680
Would like to call the PCPC phone prayer line to leave a prayer request? If so, please call the above number and leave your request. Cora Billingsley will periodically take all the requests down and give them to Wilma Morgan for the email prayer groups mentioned above. If you want your request to remain confidential, please state so, and it will be sent to a small group consisting of Rev. Ron Williams; Elder, John Vanderveld and Deacon, Russ Miller. We want to pray for you.
The Prayer Chain
Three times a week, this group learns of the needs of our members via a phone chain and prays that morning for those needs. Members are encouraged to join this group.
